Residential/Hotel
Weekend Activities
- On Saturday, November 1, fit out will take place in the hotel bars on floors 1 and 16.
- On Sunday, November 2, no work will take place.
Weekday/Night Activities
- Trotting Avenue is open to the public as the midrise and highrise residential buildings (Verra) continue to be occupied.
- Paver, planter and other installations will continue on the podium between the buildings.
- Punch list work is finishing in the midrise and continuing in the highrise and hotel.
- Fit out work continues in the highrise.
- Elevator work is underway.
- The hotel received its temporary certificate of occupancy.
- Fit out and finish work continue at the hotel.
- Plantings deliveries and installation continues.
- Garage clean-up and finish work is underway.
- Furniture and other operator supplies are being delivered to the hotel.
Laboratory and Office Buildings
Weekend Activities
- On Saturday, November 1, a crane will arrive, load grating to the roof on the south side and then leave the site. Also terrace, exterior level 1 hardscape, penthouse mechanical, elevator, interior lobby and miscellaneous work will be underway.
- On Sunday, November 2, five ironworkers will be installing grating and railings on the roof and ten elevator installers will also be working.
Weekday Activities
- Preparation for testing and inspections will be ongoing. Boston Fire Department tests are typically required to be scheduled off hours and may generate some noise.
- Terrace activities including paver and planting install are underway.
- Elevators are being installed and inspected.
- MEP detail and start up activities are ongoing.
- Mechanical penthouse detail and start up activities continue.
- Lobby and other fit out detail work continues.
- Garage finish work continues.
- Pavers and plantings continue.
- Install sidewalk and bike lane on Trotting.
Treehouse Conference Center
Weekend Activities in Coordination with Treehouse Operations
- On Saturday, November 1, paver installation will be taking place on the terrace, and planter bed work will be underway outside the building.
- On Sunday, November 2, no work will take place.

- Façade punch list activities will be underway.
- Roof detail and terrace paver installation continue.
- Exterior landscaping/hardscaping detail will be underway.
- Loading dock activities will finish.

- On Saturday, November 1, pavers and plantings will be installed.
- On Sunday, November 2, no work will take place.

- Remaining trees and shrubs will be planted.
- Pre-cast berms continue to be installed at the water features area.
- Boulder outcrop finishing is underway.
- Decorative stonework will continue.

Streetscape and Western Avenue
Weekend Activities
- On Saturday, November 1, curbing on Trotting and Milestone will be set.
- On Sunday, November 2, no work will take place.
Weekday/night Activities
- Prepping for mill and overlay paving, sidewalk and utilities on Western Avenue is underway.
- Plantings and planter bed clean up and light pole installation will take place on Milestone.
- Planter soils and paver installation will be ongoing at Trotting north.
- Porous paving installation will continue.
Building Mock-Ups
- Building mockups are on the corner of Hague and Rotterdam Streets.
General
- The projects work hours are Monday through Friday, 7 a.m. and 6 p.m. and Saturdays/Sundays/off hours as permitted by the City of Boston from 7 a.m. to 6 p.m. Crews will coordinate work in accordance with building operations for those buildings that have opened.
- Drones will be in use bi-weekly to monitor construction progress on site.
- Drones will be operated by licensed pilots in accordance with Harvard University and the City of Boston regulations.
- Weekly flights are weather dependent and are scheduled one weekday morning.
- A drone is scheduled to fly on Thursday, November 6 at 3 p.m.
