Enterprise Research Campus Update #24 (Week of January 22, 2024)

As the Enterprise Research Campus (ERC) project continues, we will provide project notifications that outline upcoming and impactful activities, including a map of the area for reference.

Residential/Hotel

• There will be work this Saturday, January 20^th starting at 7AM.
  • Preparation for concrete placements will be underway.
  • Crews will be working on the high-rise core.
  • Tower cranes will be operational.
• Concrete operations are ongoing. Intermittent use of power trowels for concrete finishing will take place after 6PM.
• Crews continue erecting the hotel core structure.
• More visible work is taking place on the sky deck and level two.
• A large generator is operating to provide temporary power to the site.
  • This generator will run 24/7 to support the power needs, especially heaters, on the site until installation of temporary power is complete.
• The site’s two tower cranes have been erected and are operational. They are designed to move or “weathervane” in the wind.

Laboratory and Office Buildings

• There will be no work on site this Saturday.
• Concrete and rebar operations are ongoing.
  • Crews are working on wall placements with two to three placements a week.

Greenway

• This section of the site is currently being used for laydown space.

Treehouse Conference Center

• There will be work this Saturday, January 20^th starting at 7AM.
  • Crews will be working within the site foundation.
• Concrete and rebar operations are ongoing.

Building Mock-Ups

• Structure and sheeting work will take place at the Residential/Hotel mockups.
• Mass Timber delivery is expected at the Treehouse Conference Center mockup.
• Punchlist work is ongoing at the Laboratory mockup.
