Enterprise Research Campus Update #18 (Week of December 4, 2023)

As the Enterprise Research Campus (ERC) project continues, we will provide project notifications that outline upcoming and impactful activities, including a map of the area for reference.

Residential/Hotel

Bulk excavation operations will be completed Friday, December 1^st.
Concrete operations on site will continue.
- Rebar work within the site foundation is ongoing.
There will be work this Saturday, December 2^nd starting at 7:00am.
- Crews will be working within the site foundation.
Crews are preparing for a 2,000-yard hotel core mat placement on December 14^th.
- This operation will start at 5:00am with the lights turned on at 4:30am.
The site’s two tower cranes have been erected and are operational. They are designed to move or “weathervane” in the wind.

Laboratory and Office Buildings

Concrete and rebar operations are ongoing.
Waterproofing work continues on the site foundation.
There will be work this Saturday, December 2^nd starting at 5:00am.
- Crews will be placing a 2,000 -yard second mat slab.
- The lights will be turned on at 4:30am.
A triple wide trailer will be delivered to site on Monday, December 4^thbetween 5am and 7am.
The third mat slab placement is scheduled for December 16^th.
- This 4,500-yard placement will start at 2:30am.

Greenway

This section of the site is currently being used for laydown space.

Treehouse Conference Center

Intermodal trucking operations have been completed.
Stone deliveries are ongoing to be placed in the site foundation.
There will be work this Saturday, December 2^nd starting at 7:00am.
- Crews will be lining the site’s foundation with stone.
- Excavation operations will take place with no trucking.

Building Mock-Ups

Crews will continue work on the Laboratory mockup starting Monday, December 4^th.
At the Hotel mockup steel has been erected and crews continue fabrication of the mockup.
Work will continue at the Residential and Conference Center mockups at the end of December.
