Enterprise Research Campus Update #17 (Week of November 27, 2023)

Construction Updates

As the Enterprise Research Campus (ERC) project continues, we will provide project notifications that outline upcoming and impactful activities, including a map of the area for reference.

Residential/Hotel

  • Bulk excavation and concrete operations on site will continue.
    • Rebar work within the site foundation is ongoing.
  • There will be work this Saturday, November 25th, and Sunday, November 26th.
  • The second tower crane will be erected on site.
    • A 5AM start Saturday and 7AM start Sunday is needed for this operation.
  • The first of two tower cranes has been erected and is operational. It is designed to move or “weathervane” in the wind.

Laboratory and Office Buildings

  • Concrete and rebar operations are ongoing.
  • Waterproofing work continues on the site foundation.
  • There will be no work this Saturday.

Greenway

  • This section of the site is currently being used for laydown space.

Treehouse Conference Center

  • Excavation operations on site will continue.
    • Soil is being hauled by intermodals to the rail.
    • A private haul road is used to transport soil onto the rail at Beacon Park Yard.
  • There will be no work this Saturday.

Building Mock-Ups

  • Steel deliveries and concrete operations are ongoing for the Treehouse Conference Center mockup.
