As the Enterprise Research Campus (ERC) project continues, we will provide project notifications that outline upcoming and impactful activities, including a map of the area for reference.
Residential/Hotel
- Bulk excavation and concrete operations on site will continue.
- Rebar work within the site foundation is ongoing.
- There will be no work this Saturday, November 18th.
- The first of two tower cranes has been erected and is operational. It is designed to move or “weathervane” in the wind.
- A mat placement will take place on Monday, November 20th, requiring a 5AM start.
- The second tower crane will be erected on the weekend of November 25th & 26th.
- A 5:00am start is needed both days for this operation.
Laboratory and Office Buildings
- Bulk excavation of the site has been completed.
- Concrete and rebar operations are ongoing.
- Waterproofing work continues on the site foundation.
- There will be work this Saturday, November 18th, starting at 2:30AM.
- A large mat slab placement will take place.
- An early start is needed to accommodate this large pour.
- Crews will arrive at 2:30AM and operations will begin at 3AM.

Greenway
- This section of the site is currently being used for laydown space.
Treehouse Conference Center
- Excavation operations on site will continue.
- Soil is being hauled by highway trucking and intermodals to the rail simultaneously.
- A private haul road is used to transport soil onto the rail at Beacon Park Yard.
- There will be work this Saturday, November 18th, starting at 9AM.
- Crews will be relocating the truck wash location.
Building Mock-Ups
- Steel operations are in process at the Residential/Hotel mockups.
- Crews plan to begin erecting steel for the Hotel mockup on Tuesday, November 21st.
- Crews plan to begin erecting steel for the Residential mockup on Monday, November 27th.
- Steel deliveries and concrete operations are ongoing for the Treehouse Conference Center mockup.
- A truck will intermittently be staged on Rotterdam Street.
