Enterprise Research Campus Update #15 (Week of November 13, 2023)

As the Enterprise Research Campus (ERC) project continues, we will provide project notifications that outline upcoming and impactful activities, including a map of the area for reference.

Residential/Hotel

Bulk excavation and concrete operations on site will continue.
- Rebar work within the site foundation is ongoing.
There will be no work this Saturday, November 11^th.
The first of two tower cranes has been erected and is operational. It is designed to move or “weathervane” in the wind.
A mat placement is currently planned for Monday, November 20^th requiring a 5AM start.
The second tower crane is targeted to be erected the weekend of November 25^th & 26^th.
- A 5:00am start is needed both days for this operation.

Laboratory and Office Buildings

Bulk excavation of the site is nearing completion.
Concrete operations are ongoing.
Rebar work is ongoing in preparation for a large mat slab placement on November 18^th.
- An early start of 2:30AM is needed to accommodate this large pour.
Waterproofing work continues on the site foundation.
There will be work this Saturday, November 11^th, starting at 7AM.
- Carpentry crews will be working within the site foundation.

Greenway

This section of the site is currently being used for laydown space.

Treehouse Conference Center

Excavation operations have resumed.
- Soil is being hauled by highway trucking and intermodals to the rail simultaneously.
- A private haul road is used to transport soil onto the rail at Beacon Park Yard.
There will be no work this Saturday, November 11^th.

Building Mock-Ups

The Residential/Hotel and Treehouse Conference Center mockup’s concrete pad work is ongoing.
- This will be followed by steel work.
