Enterprise Research Campus Update #8 (Week of September 25, 2023)

September 22, 2023 Construction Updates

As the Enterprise Research Campus (ERC) project continues, we will provide project notifications that outline upcoming and impactful activities, including a map of the area for reference.

Residential/Hotel

Bulk excavation of the site continues.
Soil will be hauled to Beacon Park Yard.
- Trucks will use a private haul road to transport the soil to be taken off site via rail.
- Soil will continue to be trucked out simultaneously.
Concrete operations will continue.
Crews are working to excavate a pad where the first of two tower cranes will be erected in October.
Crews will be working Saturday, September 23^rd, within the excavation area.

Laboratory and Office Buildings

Bulk excavation of the site continues.
Crews will begin lining the site foundation with stone in preparation for mat slab placement.
- This work will start Saturday, September 23^rd.

Greenway

This section of the site is currently being used for laydown space until crews mobilize in the coming months.

Treehouse Conference Center

Crews will mobilize excavation operations on Tuesday, September 26^th.
Bulk excavation of the site will start on Wednesday, September 27^th.
- Soil will be hauled out via rail at Beacon Park Yard.

Building Mock-Ups

Crews continue to work on the first two of five visual mockups.
