Phase A of the Enterprise Research Campus (ERC) project is substantially complete with some finish and fit-out work continuing through 2026. The buildings are operational and opened for business including Verra, the Atlas Hotel featuring Ama, the Foxglove Terrace rooftop bar and a new COOP.
Tenants are moving in and getting settled in the laboratory buildings, called OneMilestone with the Revival Café on the first floor. Fit-out work continues on the first floor childcare center. The David Rubenstein Treehouse and the Phin Coffee House on the first floor are operational. Solar panel installation will take place in 2026. The Allstonway is open with many programs taking place.
