At the mid-rise windows will be installed.<\/li>\n<li>Concrete decking is finishing up.<\/li>\n<li>Other smaller concrete operations continue.<\/li>\n<li>The high-rise building has topped off at level 18.<\/li>\n<li>The mid-rise residential building has topped off at their mechanical penthouse at level 9.<\/li>\n<li>The hotel hoist and loading dock installation are finishing along Trotting Avenue.<\/li>\n<li>Windows, exterior sheathing, framing and waterproofing are being installed on the residential buildings.<\/li>\n<li>Exterior curtain-wall panels are being installed at the hotel.<\/li>\n<li>MEP work is ongoing.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<h2>Laboratory and Office Buildings<\/h2>\n<ul>\n<li>Crews will be cleaning up, prepping for concrete placements and spraying fireproofing on Saturday, September 7.<\/li>\n<li>Exterior curtain-wall panels are being installed on the west building.<\/li>\n<li>Concrete operations continue with deck placements.<\/li>\n<li>The hoist and loading dock are finishing on the southern side of the building.<\/li>\n<li>Both east and west buildings structural steel have topped off.<\/li>\n<li>Steel decking and detailing continue on the east building.<\/li>\n<li>Roofing activities are underway.<\/li>\n<li>MEP work is ongoing.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<h2>Greenway<\/h2>\n<ul>\n<li>Bulk excavation will take place with intermodals delivering material for rail transport to the Beacon Yard through the haul road, all inside the site.<\/li>\n<li>Backfilling, involving trucks of clean soil entering the site, is underway.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<h2>Treehouse Conference Center<\/h2>\n<ul>\n<li>Carpenters will be installing tension straps on Saturday, September 7.<\/li>\n<li>Mass timber installation and protection work continues.<\/li>\n<li>MEP activities continue in the basement and on level one.<\/li>\n<li>Preparation for fa\u00e7ade installation is underway<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<h2>Waterline Installation on Western Ave.<\/h2>\n<ul>\n<li>The ERC team is working with the City, Boston Water and Sewer and Harvard to replace a 12-inch waterline with a larger 16-inch waterline from Hague to Milestone streets on Western Avenue.<\/li>\n<li>The waterline replacement will take place Monday through Thursday nights from 7 p.m. to 5 a.m. and begin on Monday night, September 9.<\/li>\n<li>During the nighttime work, pedestrians will shift to the Harvard Business School side of the road and cyclists will share the road.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<h2>Building Mock-Ups<\/h2>\n<ul>\n<li>Punchlist work and other adjustments are intermittent on all five mockups.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<h2>Eversource Conduit Project<\/h2>\n<ul>\n<li role=\"listitem\" data-listid=\"25\" data-list-defn-props=\"{&quot;335552541&quot;:1,&quot;335559685&quot;:720,&quot;335559991&quot;:360,&quot;469769226&quot;:&quot;Symbol&quot;,&quot;469769242&quot;:[8226],&quot;469777803&quot;:&quot;left&quot;,&quot;469777804&quot;:&quot;\uf0b7&quot;,&quot;469777815&quot;:&quot;hybridMultilevel&quot;}\" data-leveltext=\"\uf0b7\" data-font=\"Symbol\" data-aria-posinset=\"1\" data-aria-level=\"1\">Eversource duct bank installation by G.
